Three Russian companies plan to inject over US$2 billion into Zambia's mining sector. If this project is successful, it will be the country's single biggest foreign direct investment. Moscow's outgoing Ambassador, Anvar Azimov, said the Russian companies concerned want to concentrate on greenfield mining projects. About 30 other Russian investors have also visited Zambia in recent months to explore business opportunities....
