President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf looks set to seek a second six-year term in the 2011 elections. This is despite a recommendation from Liberia's Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) barring her and several others from public office for 30 years after they had admitted to supporting Charles Taylor's war against the Samuel Doe regime.
