Foreign oil companies are looking closely at the links between Sonangol Chairman Manuel Vicente's holdings in the Banco de Investimento Global and the spate of contracts awarded by Angola's state oil company to Portuguese companies. Vicente, company records show, holds 5% of the BIG, nearly 4.4 million shares worth, one euro (US$1.4) each.
