Global Witness found mismatches between the Sudan government's figures and those of the Chinese National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and other company figures on oil production for all blocks which include acreage in the South. Significantly, Khartoum's production figures from the one block located entirely in Northern Sudan (therefore not subject to revenue-sharing with the South) match those of the operating company there....
