Chiluba, who is still President of the governing Movement for Multi-party Democracy, is fomenting a party revolt against Mwanawasa. In turn Mwanawasa did nothing to help Chiluba when opposition MPs took him to court over his end of service benefits. The court ruled that Chiluba should surrender all government vehicles and other benefits because he was still in active politics....
