Sowing seeds

Africa is another theatre in which North and South Korea play out their rivalries. This has led to unintended consequences, especially in the case of a South Korean spy in Libya(AAC Vol 3 No 10). After catching the spy investigating the family of Colonel Moammar el Gadaffi, Libya’s ties to North Korea and secret arms deals, the Tripoli government expelled the South Korean in June and arrested two others who were then accused of Christian proselytising in a Muslim country.
