LNG plant held up

The immediate future of the liquefied natural gas project may rest with one of Africa's richest people, Tanzanian businessman Mohammed Gulam Dewji, whose fortune is estimated at over US$1.25 billion. The owner of the preferred site for the planned LNG plant may become a little richer.
