Stand-off over Dadaab

Refugee experts and diplomats are divided on whether Kenya is serious about its stated intention to close down the huge Dadaab refugee camp in November, Africa Confidential is told. The camp lies 100 kilometres from the Somali border, is home to more than 350,000 Somali refugees and was set up nearly 25 years ago.
