hey marched through Kampala, waving dried banana leaves and banners reading 'Operation Kisanja'. Some held aloft three fingers, showing support for a third term for President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. These were the militants of Museveni's National Resistance Movement-Organisation, proudly joining their annual victory parade on 26 January. Museveni's supporters want to change the constitution, to allow him an extra term (AC Vol 45 No 19). The militants were there to back up the case with force.
