Every day Nigeria's feistier newspapers remind their readers how long - more than three weeks so far - that President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua has been out of Nigeria and receiving cardiac treatment at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre in Saudi Arabia. Concerns about the President's health are raising awkward constitutional questions such as: Who is in charge?
