First steps to stopping the stealing

A serious campaign to stem corruption will require a regulatory framework. In December 2009, the Government of the Republic of South Sudan (GRSS) published the Southern Sudan Anti-Corruption Strategy, 2010-14, which states that it ‘recognises that corruption exists and is committed to fight the evil... in all its manifestations.’
