Pain in the neck

The Secretary General of the Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions, Morgan Tsvangirai, has been a pain in the government's neck for the past six months.Two fresh victories should boost his national popularity. The government has abandoned its refusal to talk to the ZCTU and the once powerful Associated Mineworkers'; Union(AMU), Zimbabwe's largest, is rejoining the ZCTU after almost eight years.
