He joins the distinguished company of: Presidents Paul Kagame (Rwanda) and Laurent Gbagbo (Côte d'Ivoire); two serving Ivorian ministers, Moïse Lida Kouassi (Defence) and Emile Boga Doudou (Interior); ex-dictators General Robert Gueï (Côte d'Ivoire) and Hissène Habré (Chad); and Congo-Kinshasa's ex-Foreign Minister Abdoulaye Yerodia Ndombassi.
