President Mozambique: Mr Gue-Business in China

President Armando Emílio Guebuza met President Xi Jinping to discuss investment and solicit help in strengthening Mozambique's human resources ahead of the second session of the World Cultural Forum, held on 14 May in Taihu, China. On 13 May in Hangzhou, their talks covered training, agriculture, energy and fishing as well as infrastructure improvements. At the BRICS meeting in South Africa in March, the two had already pledged to work together to 'deepen bilateral friendly cooperation'. President Xi praised Mozambique as 'China's all-weather friend'.
