Whose chair is it anyway?

It has been a week of two halves for Egypt's President Abdel Fattah el Sisi. It ended with a celebration at the Heliopolis Presidential Palace of the vote in parliament on 16 April backing a constitutional change to allowing him to stay in power until 2030. More proposals to consolidate and widen his powers are in the offing.
