They're off - or not

Confusion mounts over Zimbabwe's parliamentary elections. Last month Justice Minister Emmerson Mnangagwa, 53, announced their postponement from March to June so that the poll could be held under the rules of the revised constitution. Among the proposed constitutional reforms is the reintroduction of a premiership to take on many of the executive powers of the presidency.
