Koroma's Christmas present

Two months after his election, life for Sierra Leone's new President Ernest Bai Koroma has been full of pageantry and confusion. Three hours late for his own inauguration, he kept five presidents (Liberia, Nigeria, Gambia, Senegal and Burkina Faso) waiting in the national stadium, not to mention his own judiciary (in wigs, red coats and gloves) and tens of thousands of supporters.
