Ocampo tries to protect the evidence

The Hague is set to hear the case against the Ocampo Six as attention shifts to disclosure of evidence to the defence

The trials of high-level Kenyans accused of crimes against humanity during the post-election violence of 2007-08 are set to go ahead, despite their government’s efforts to protect them (AC Vol 52 No 6).
