Enemy's enemy

French troops may have withdrawn from Central African Republic but their barracks are now being taken over by Libyan and Sudanese troops. Even more bizarrely, some Paris officials have given their blessing to such adventures. This month, some 1,500 Sudanese soldiers are due to join 50 or so colleagues already settled in M'poko base under the command of General Ismael Ali Akufra at Bangui airport since February.
