Commentary: Kwame Addo-Kufuor is the brother of Former President John Agyekum Kufuor and was Ghana's longest serving defence minister. He hoped to lead the National Patriotic Party (NPP) into the 2008 general elections but lost out in the primaries to Nana Akufo-Addo.
