Who brought Sudan's security boss, Salah Abdullah 'Gosh', to London last week? He is number two on the United Nations Panel of Experts' list of 'individuals identified' for sanction over Darfur war crimes (AC Vol 47 No 5). He flew in and, on 9 March, out and was promoted General on his return.
