Abidjan's cash crisis has brought it to the verge of default on its Brady bond commercial debt. President-General Robert Gueï's key ministers - government coordinator Seydou Diarra and Economy Minister Ngolo Coulibaly - insist the payment has been transferred to Banque Nationale de Paris in Luxembourg.
