Who wants to see a billionaire?

Viewed from the Casablanca commercial courtroom where the bankruptcy and mothballing of his Société Anonyme Marocaine de l'Industrie du Raffinage (Samir) refinery company has been disputed since March 2016, Ethiopian-Saudi business mogul Mohammed Hussein Al Amoudi is still alive and kicking. The Samir refinery's future is being fought over at the World Bank Group's International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
