The disputed election results are stress-testing the judicial system and parliamentary politics

Highly polarised politics and an abundance of lawsuits are complicating government in the wake of the 7 December elections which delivered a hung parliament and a contested presidential election result. It could also mean more effective parliamentary scrutiny of ministers and how they manage public funds.
