Reformers reshuffle

President Olusegun Obasanjo quietly reshuffled his reform team on 21 June. He moved high-profile Finance Minister and former World Bank Vice-President Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala to Foreign Affairs and fellow reformer Oby Ezekwesili from Solid Minerals to Education.
