Oil on audit

South Sudan's oil sector, which accounts for 85% of government revenue, has resisted an audit amid a litany of scandals and repeated promises of opening the books. But international pressure and the threat of financial support being cut appears to have forced President Salva Kiir Mayardit to finally relent. Alex Stewart International will perform the audit.
