Doubts on elections multiply

The power-sharing government has named a new premier and agreed to reunify the country but the transition is well behind schedule

Officially, the Libyan civil war is over, the country has a single government of national unity (GNU) and a three-man Presidency Council (PC). Almost all of its previously split institutions have reunited (apart from the military) and there is a UN-brokered roadmap for presidential and parliamentary elections on 24 December.
