The ghost of Savimbi

The União Nacional para a Independência Total de Angola (UNITA) has turned to an old ally as it steps up its international lobbying ahead of next year’s general elections. Duncan Sellars, a conservative lobbyist who advised UNITA’s founder Jonas Savimbi in the 1980s, has been hired to arrange introductions for UNITA officials with the United States Congress and the Trump administration.
