The inquest into the death of General Solomon Mujuru has closed on 6 February after hearing 39 witnesses. The evidence left after the raging inferno that killed him yielded no smoking gun or other positive signs of foul play (AC Vol 52 No 17, The kingmaker general dies at Alamein & The police fail to protect).
