Obi rules at Chatham House

Of Nigeria's presidential candidates so far to set out their stall at London's Chatham House think tank, the Labour Party's Peter Obi easily won on points on 16 January. The other two, Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) speaking last month and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria People's Party (NNNP) on 18 January, failed to match Obi's spark. The other major candidate, Atiku Abubakar of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) is yet to respond to Chatham House's invitation ahead of the elections on 25 February.
