Bribes case on the rocks

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has decided not to prosecute government officials who may have taken bribes so long as they return them to the state, according to leaks to the media. At the same time, the ACB has failed to renew restrictions on the bank accounts of Zuneth Sattar, the British/Malawian businessman accused of bribing government officials. Sattar denies all wrongdoing.
