Electoral déja-vu

The top two contenders in the 2013 elections slug it out again with incumbent IBK tipped to win

Both the incumbent President Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta and his main challenger in the 29 July presidential election, Soumaïla Cissé, offer the electorate security, improved basic services and infrastructure, a diversified economy, and jobs for the young. The only real difference between the five campaign promises is that IBK calls them 'axes' (as in axes on a graph) and Cissé calls them 'pillars'. Other than that, there is little to choose between them.
