It's official: the peace agreement has been signed, all protocols observed, the countdown begun. With all parties supposedly on board, a Revitalised Transitional Government of National Unity is due to be established in May, after an eight-month 'pre-transitional period'. Then, after three years of coalition government, democratic elections should be held, under a revised permanent constitution, to determine the future. What could possibly go wrong?
