Election bored game

Two familiar veteran candidates are failing to strike a chord with the voters ahead of a critical presidential race next February

As political leaders loudly debate the ethics of signing up to a code of conduct and President Muhammadu Buhari throws back, for the fourth time, an electoral reform bill to the National Assembly, there is a marked lack of enthusiasm in the electorate. Elections in Nigeria historically have low turnouts, even in its fast-growing cities.
