Rebuilding relations

The National Transitional Council (NTC) has finally formed a government, which should kickstart Libya’s reconstruction despite the fact that loyalists to former leader Moammar el Gadaffi are still holding out in Sirte. Countries with billions of dollars in contracts, like China and South Korea, want to discover the fate of their old deals and sign new ones. Each country and company is using its own strategy, with varying levels of success.
