Sierra Leone's biggest mining company, Tonkolili Iron Ore, has been accused of complicity in rape, assault and the false imprisonment of a protester in a landmark case being heard at the High Court in London. In a pioneering move, the presiding judge will travel to hear statements from witnesses in Sierra Leone, the first time an English judge has gone abroad to hear a case.
