Court redistributes poll wins

The Constitutional Court has re-allocated fraudulently won municipal elections between the ruling Frente de Libertação de Moçambique (Frelimo) and the opposition Resistência Nacional Moçambicana (Renamo) in a move which proves that 'crime pays', according to a report on the 11 October polls by the leading independent civil society organisation, the Centro de Integridade Pública (CIP).
