Renaissance Capital has a new Chairperson for its advisory committees on Nigeria and Africa. The World Bank has a new Managing Director. And both institutions have secured the services of the same woman: Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Nigeria's former Finance Minister and architect of the landmark 2006 US$30 billion debt deal.
