Addis on a caution

A packed court in Addis Ababa saw 29 protestors face charges of ‘terrorist acts’ on 29 October. Ethiopian law defines ‘terrorism’ as including serious damage to property and the disruption of public services. Those found guilty face a minimum 15 years’ imprisonment or death.
