Bad marriage vows

Under the Comprehensive Peace Agreement, the National Congress Party (NCP) aka National Islamic Front (NIF) gets 52 per cent of ministers in the Government of National Unity, the Sudan People's Liberation Movement, 28 per cent. The Southern opposition gets 6 per cent, the Northern, 14 per cent, though its quota is filled by ex-oppositionists long working for the regime. Missing are several key Islamists - assumed to have less public roles. The 74 ministers include:
